Champions App
last updated on 26/09/2026
This section applies to the Champions App (the “App”), a field-sales management application for the employees and managers of Farger Private
Limited. The App is available on Google Play but is intended for adults who work with, or are approved by, Farger Private Limited. It is not
directed at children.
Champions App is published on Google Play under the developer name “Farger Champions” on behalf of Farger Private Limited, which operates the App and is responsible for the data described in this section.
Information the App collects
– Account information: your name, phone number and login email, provided by you when you register or entered by a manager who creates your account. Your password is stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider.
– Client (customer) records: names, phone numbers, city and state of Farger’s clients, the employee each client is assigned to and, for clients who already owed us money before joining the App, an opening balance. This is entered by our own employees and managers. Clients do not use the App.
– Business transaction records: sales, sales returns, collections (amount, date, payment method, notes, confirmation status), bills and their line items, balances, and delivery confirmations.
– Product information: the names, units, prices and stock levels of our products.
– Photos and documents: you can attach a photo (taken with the camera or chosen from your photo library) or a PDF to a sale, collection or delivery as proof of the transaction. Managers can import a client list from a CSV or Excel file they choose, and export reports and bills to a folder on their device. The App only accesses the photos and files you select for these purposes.
– Push notification token: a device identifier used only to deliver work notifications (for example “new bill to deliver”).
– Diagnostic data: crash and error reports and sampled performance data, which may include device model, operating system and app version.
– Account administration records: whether an account has been approved, and any account deletion request.
How this information is used
Only to run Farger’s internal sales operations: tracking sales and collections, managing delivery and billing, and sending work notifications. We do not sell it and do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it, and how it is protected
– Employees can see only the clients assigned to them and their own entries; managers can see records across the team. Data is encrypted in transit.
– Attachments are kept in private storage and are only opened through short-lived links for authorised users.
Service providers
– Supabase stores account, client, transaction data and attachments at Southeast Asia (Singapore).
– Expo (Expo Application Services) delivers push notifications and app updates, and passes notifications to Google’s Firebase Cloud Messaging.
– Sentry receives crash and diagnostic reports. They process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.
Device permissions
– Camera (to photograph proof of delivery); notifications; and your device’s fingerprint or face verification if you use biometric unlock. The App only asks your device to confirm it is you and never receives or stores biometric data.
– The optional PIN lock is stored only on your device.
Retention and deletion
– Accounts are kept while you are part of the organisation or until you request deletion. A manager can delete a client’s records, and can delete old attachments.
– You can request deletion of your account at any time from Settings > Request account deletion in the App, or by emailing info@fargercare.com. Your account is deactivated immediately. Within 30 days we will erase your personal details (name, phone number and email address). Business records you created, such as sales and collections, are retained for our accounting and legal purposes but are no longer linked to your name.
Your rights
You may ask us to give you access to, or correct, the personal information we hold about you, or to delete it, using the contact details in this policy.
